ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client to be based in Hamilton. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the business analysts, UX consultants, and development teams. Your main goal will be to develop and refine unique strategies that help our clients achieve success through technology, design, and expert advice, all with a human-centered approach.
We’re especially interested in individuals who are flexible and adaptable, with a keen interest in AI technologies. The landscape we operate in is rapidly changing due to AI, so we need someone who is enthusiastic about using AI to boost productivity and explore innovative software solutions for clients.
With a learning mindset and a highly collaborative approach, you’ll effectively manage people, resources, processes, risks, and client relationships to deliver technology projects that meet our enterprise clients’ needs. You’ll also work with our Sales team to develop new opportunities and provide leadership within the delivery team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strategic Client Engagement: You’ll collaborate with our sales team to scope, quote, and close new opportunities, ensuring a seamless and high-value project management experience for our enterprise clients through engaging communication.
• Project Oversight & Administration: You’ll be responsible for the administration of project budgets and timeframes, alongside proactive risk management and identification across multiple project portfolios.
• Leadership & Mentorship: This role involves providing leadership and mentorship to other Project Managers within the delivery team, as well as actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our project methodologies and processes.
• Extensive Project Management Expertise: We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years of experience successfully managing and delivering projects across various industries and technologies within medium to enterprise-sized organizations, including strong communication skills and experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Technical Acumen & Stakeholder Management: You’ll need a solid understanding of technical challenges, particularly in software, and the ability to effectively communicate these to client stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in expectation management and stakeholder management across enterprise environments is crucial.
• Adaptability & AI Enthusiasm: The ideal candidate will have experience in the data, web, and software industries, comfortable managing multiple complex projects in a vendor environment. High adaptability and flexibility in project delivery are essential, along with a strong interest in AI technologies and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools for productivity enhancement.
