As the Cloud Delivery Specialist, you’ll work closely with customers, engineers, and sales teams to onboard new clients, manage cloud service delivery, and ensure accuracy in processes such as billing and reporting.

This role is perfect for a highly organised, tech-savvy junior professional with an interest in cloud technologies and potential aspirations to grow into a Cloud Engineer role.

What you’ll do:

• Own the onboarding process for new Cloud customers
• Support Cloud Engineers with scheduling, documentation, and reports
• Ensure accuracy of service and billing inputs
• Drive continuous process improvements and efficiencies
• Provide outstanding customer service in a high-trust, collaborative environment

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in business/technology or 1+ year in NZ tech sector
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to complete vendor certifications if required
• Legal right to work in NZ & driver’s licence
