  About the Company
  We’re seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Architecture to lead enterprise-wide architectural transformation across a large and diverse environment.
  You’ll oversee a large, talented team of architects (including direct reports) responsible for delivering composable, scalable, and secure solutions across all domains in a complex environment. A key focus of the role is unifying architecture standards and modernising legacy platforms into modern technologies in a cloud-native environment.

  You’ll oversee a large team of architects responsible for delivering composable, scalable, and secure solutions across a hybrid cloud ecosystem. A key focus of the role is unifying architecture standards and modernising legacy technologies to future-proof the organisation.
    
  About You
  You’re a seasoned IT leader and enterprise strategist who thrives in complex, multi-faceted environments.

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture functions across domains such as data, security, software, systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, FEAF)
• Strong leadership across enterprise, domain, and solution architecture teams
• Strategic expertise in microservices, Cloud architecture, systems integration, Data and security
• A track record in governing technology lifecycles, managing technical debt, and delivering modernisation programmes at large enterprise level.
• Confidence in engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders
