About the Role

The DevOps Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding DevOps practices. This includes developing and maintaining processes, governance, and policies, ensuring alignment with best practices. The role leads DevOps Engineers and collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders across the development lifecycle to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive DevOps maturity.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee safe, secure, and efficient CI/CD pipelines
  • Support and develop DevOps Engineers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align DevOps with goals
  • Integrate security best practices and troubleshoot system issues
  • Monitor performance and optimise delivery using modern tools


Skills & Experience Required 
You bring strong leadership and technical capabilities in DevOps, along with the ability to align practices with broader organisational goals.

  • Proven expertise in DevOps practices, tools, and cloud platforms
  • Experience leading teams and embedding DevOps across functions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; certifications in DevOps, cloud, or security (desirable)
