About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Business Analyst to act as the crucial link between technology teams and a wide range of external industry partners. This role will focus on analysing, designing, and improving business processes to ensure our digital platforms deliver maximum efficiency and value to users across supply chain and logistics networks.
You’ll work directly with both internal teams and external clients to translate complex business needs into practical, user-focused software solutions. Your efforts will drive better workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with operations staff and technology teams to assess logistics workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Document current processes and define improved future-state models by leveraging modern digital solutions.
• Work with internal system capabilities to streamline and enhance workflows involving supply chain and freight movements across partner sites.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a liaison between the development team and key stakeholders such as shipping providers, exporters, importers, and logistics professionals.
• Maintain strong relationships with industry partners to ensure alignment with best practices and evolving standards.
• Analyse operational data to assess system performance and uncover areas for enhancement.
• Use insights from data to support business decisions and improve technical functionalities.
Solution Design & Delivery
• Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather user feedback and requirements.
• Partner with developers to build scalable, intuitive solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to testing, deployment, and rollout of new features.
• Create user guides and support documentation for new tools and system improvements.
• Deliver training sessions and provide user support to ensure smooth adoption of new technology.
Continuous Improvement
• Keep up with industry trends in logistics and digital transformation.
• Propose and support ongoing process and system improvements that drive better outcomes.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend iterative enhancements as needed.

Skills & Experience Required / What You’ll Bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or transport sectors.
• Hands-on experience with process optimisation, system integration, and operational data analytics.
• Familiarity with logistics or transport platforms is highly desirable.
Technical Expertise
• Proficient in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for process mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL.
• Comfortable working within Agile and Scrum frameworks using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Interpersonal Skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Highly detail-oriented with solid project coordination skills.
