About the role:
You will engage with clients to understand their business objectives, data challenges, and analytics requirements. Develop data strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals. Design and implement scalable data analytics solutions, providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate progress. Drive continuous improvement and contribute to thought leadership.

About you:
You will have a strong background in data engineering and consultancy experience. You will have experience architecting solutions and worked across a number of Data & Analytics projects. You will have a focus on managing stakeholders and providing technical leadership.
 
Required skills include:

• Business Intelligence / Data Engineering – 10+ years Data Engineering, Data Migrations and ensuring Data Pipelines.
• Data Architecture – a minimum of 5 years formal, commercial experience.
• Cloud – solid experience with MS Azure – MS Fabric (essential), Azure Data Factory, and Data Lakes along with experience in other platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Legacy Platforms – experience working with legacy data tools such as SSIS, SSRS and SSAS. 
• Applications – previous development capability with Python, R, SQL or Java.
• Business Intelligence – 5+ years of commercial experience developing BI / ETL solutions and applications.
• Leadership – provide technical leadership for a team 10 high performing data consultants.
