Data Visualisation Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Data Visualisation specialist to join on an initial contract to the 30th of June. With a strong data pipeline involving SQL, Snowflake and DBT there is a strong base of pre-modelled data to build on while building reporting and driving stakeholder engagement. This is a hands-on Power BI development role where you’ll be responsible for creating insightful reports for stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive Leadership Team. Beyond report development, you’ll play a key role in improving Power BI adoption and best practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support the organisation in enhancing Power BI maturity through knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Work with pre-modelled data from SQL, Snowflake, and DBT.
• Provide guidance on Power BI adoption and report automation.

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Snowflake, and DBT-prepared datasets.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including ELT.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Power BI adoption and maturity within an organisation.
