We are looking for an ERP Consultant to play a key role in managing client requirements, conducting seamless application testing, and providing ongoing support for Odoo software. This client-facing position requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical specifications to support system enhancements and customizations. Comprehensive training on Odoo will be provided, enabling you to develop in-depth expertise and deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop detailed functional documentation.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure client needs are accurately implemented and met.
• Provide phone and email-based support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving application issues.
• Manage the resolution of support requests for existing clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Follow established processes to onboard new clients, including training, data conversion, documentation, project management, and providing guidance on business processes.
• Estimate and manage project costs for both new implementations and ongoing client support.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementations; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Skilled in supporting business applications, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and teams, translating business needs into solutions.
• Proficient in writing clear technical specifications for system customizations and enhancements.
• Team-oriented with a flexible, hands-on approach in small team settings.
