About the Role
The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing testing activities for a significant SAP implementation programme, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP FSM, and SAP CPQ, as well as a Business Intelligence platform upgrade using Azure Data Factory. The successful candidate will ensure all testing is completed within the agreed project scope, timeframes, and quality standards.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall test approach for SAP and BI systems
- Lead Systems Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, and other test phases
- Manage test resources, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple locations
- Mitigate testing risks and resolve defects efficiently
- Provide comprehensive reports on test progress and outcomes
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience leading testing for large SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSM, SAP CPQ, SAP FICO, SAP MM, or similar modules
- Ideally, end-to-end testing experience for at least three enterprise-level SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Expertise in tools like HP ALM and JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders, teams, and vendors
