ABOUT THE ROLE

The System Engineer will be working on enterprise customers providing support and implementation of storage infrastructure offering comprehensive support in Microsoft Server OS and Application deployment, along with expertise in cloud services. Furthermore extend assistance to Microsoft Desktop OS and Applications, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, maintenance of data center infrastructure hardware, encompassing servers, storage, network, and backup systems from leading brands like Cisco, HP, Dell, and NetApp. The System Engineer will implementing new systems, enhancing existing technologies, and optimizing infrastructures and actively monitor, administer, and generate reports on various platform systems, such as backups, ensuring their smooth functioning. Regular review and update of relevant documentation are integral parts of the role.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Over 5 years of experience in network design and architecture.
• Certification such as MSP, MCSE, CNE, VCP, CCEA or Cisco or equivalent.
• Competence in Microsoft technologies (AD, Printing, DHCP, DNS).
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies (Office 365, Exchange online, Azure and AWS).
• Platform monitoring technology experience such as SCCM, SCOM.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
