Hamilton-based software development agency seeks experienced DevOps Solutions Architect. The company, known for its data-driven approach and innovative solutions, is looking to expand its team with a senior-level expert to help clients with infrastructure management, simulation training, and AI/ML integration.

As a DevOps Solutions Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the technological advancement of our Hamilton-based client. Your expertise will be key in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality software delivery. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing robust DevOps practices, while also acting as a consulting software architect. Your duties will include providing estimates, designing, building, testing, and supporting applications using relevant languages and tools.

To be considered for this position you must be able to ideally demonstrate the following skills, experience, and attributes in your application:
 

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex technology solutions.
• Proficiency in software development languages (C#, .NET, Java), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC tools.
• Experience in assessing and implementing security controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A foundational understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
• A passion for staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
