ABOUT THE ROLE

 
As a Cloud Project Delivery Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of Cloud products and services, with a focus on Azure, some AWS and Cloudflare platforms, within the Cloud business unit. You’ll manage both project execution and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, develop team culture, and ensure customer satisfaction.
 
For those Cloud Project Managers new to Delivery, this is an opportunity to step up, own the role, and grow your career.

DUTIES

  • Lead Project Managers in delivering Cloud projects and manage BAU activities efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain processes, tools, and Cloud project frameworks to set best practice.
  • Plan, facilitate and manage project schedules, reporting, costs and governance.
  • Engage with customers, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Identify and manage risks, pushing for customer advocacy.

SKILLS

  • 3 years min of Cloud Project Manager or Cloud Delivery experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and ideally some knowledge of AWS & Cloudflare platforms; certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership in managing Cloud/IT solutions, including budgeting.
  • Experience in Agile, Lean or Waterfall methodologies; certification preferred.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and skilled in customer and vendor engagement.
  • A background in Software or DevOps would be advantageous.
  • Experience in a startup environment would also be advantageous.
