About the Role:
Our client is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to support the development of our core ServiceNow applications. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Configure ServiceNow to align with business processes and enhance platform functionality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related incidents and problems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and promote best practices.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Knowledge of system integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a bonus.
