About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of ICT service agreements. You will work closely with our Service Desk and specialist practices to ensure successful outcomes and great customer experiences.

This role involves improving operational processes, diagnosing issues, and resolving incidents/problems. Additionally, you will provide expertise to the Sales team and contribute to the continual improvement of the Delivery practice.

With this role supporting clients with operations in Christcurch, there will also be some requirement to travel to the Christchurch office.

Having previously worked in a Consultancy environment, you will have experience engaging with customers at enterprise level. Additionally, coming from a background in Dynamics 365 you will have a strong technical baseline to be able to support the team and communicate technical concepts with customers. 

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage ICT service agreements, ensuring alignment with customer contracts.
  • Oversee delivery of support services, enhancing operational processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents/problems effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide service delivery expertise.
  • Use tools like Azure DevOps boards for task management.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Prior experience in Service Delivery or related ICT roles.
  • ITIL accreditation or experience with modern service management processes.
  • Experience with enterprise customer environments, including public sector exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central preferred.
  • Must have NZ Citizenship, Residency or a Skilled Migrant Visa.
