Originally from India, I made my way to New Zealand about 4 years ago to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology. I am quite passionate about mental wellbeing in the workplace, and I feel recruitment is a great place to make an impact! I believe that a person’s well-being has a significant impact on their work performance and overall happiness.

In my role as Candidate Manager, I try to leverage my background in Psychology and Recruitment alongside my interest in helping people, to match top talent with the right job opportunities. I enjoy chatting with candidates to understand their strengths, interests, and needs to make mutually beneficial relationships that lead to long-lasting and fulfilling careers.

When I’m not busy changing the world one placement at a time, you can find me sampling Auckland’s bars and eateries, binge watching series or going on long walks.
