The Reporting Analyst will play a vital role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing data reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful, user-friendly visualizations. Collaborating closely with various business stakeholders, the Reporting Analyst will provide the analytical backbone to support strategic decisions and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute data reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure data accuracy and implement data quality checks within reporting workflows.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Fusion Data Intelligence, Tableau) to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Work with ETL tools and data integration platforms (e.g., SQL, Azure Data Factory) to manage data processing.
  • Contribute to the development of data reporting standards and best practices to enhance data governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Fusion Data Intelligence, or Tableau.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and experience with data warehousing and ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SQL SSIS).
  • Familiarity with data governance practices, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Ability to handle complex datasets and utilize statistical methods to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data findings and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion, particularly in reporting, is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and Azure data structures is beneficial.
