This exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite CRM, a system that will drive efficiency and improve business processes across the organisation. Day to Day Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager, Change Manager, and other stakeholders to implement NetSuite CRM and ensure its successful adoption.
- Design and optimise business processes, creating detailed process maps and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and facilitate workshops to engage key stakeholders and ensure smooth system and process design and implementation.
- Manage both technical and non-technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to the creation and management of critical programme documentation, such as process designs, risk assessments, and other key deliverables.
- Assist with the testing process, ensuring high-quality outputs and successful implementation.
- Regularly engage with staff to track CRM adoption, gather feedback, and ensure the realisation of programme benefits.

Skills & Experience Required:
For this role, you will bring:
- Experience: At least 6 years as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Business Process Management, process optimisation, and ideally NetSuite CRM or other ERP systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in process mapping, running workshops, and managing requirements. Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and advanced Excel is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable terms.
- Team Player: A collaborative approach and the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Bonus Points: Experience in a research environment would be an advantage.
