Agile Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join a major business and technology programme on an initial contract through to March 2027.

As part of an organisation-wide shift to a Product Model, this role will support the adoption of new ways of working that enhance how products are managed, delivered, and continuously improved. The transformation will require changes across people, processes, and practices, providing an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivery excellence, capability uplift, and organisational change.

Working closely with Product Sponsors, Product Owners, Application Owners, and delivery teams, you will help strengthen product management capability, embed effective Agile practices, and ensure business value is realised from ongoing technology and cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business and technology initiatives across multiple teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the adoption of effective delivery practices
• Partner with Product Sponsors, Product Owners, and Application Owners to build capability and improve product outcomes
• Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of the organisation’s Product Model
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, plans, backlogs, and other key artefacts
• Establish and embed processes, practices, and frameworks that enable successful product delivery
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery reporting
• Foster strong relationships across business and technology stakeholders
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams

About You

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role
• Demonstrated success delivering technology, digital, or transformation initiatives in complex environments
• Experience supporting Agile adoption, product operating model implementation, or broader organisational change
• Exposure to Azure and Microsoft technology environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to influence, coach, and support teams while maintaining a strong delivery focus
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach with a commitment to achieving business outcomes
