About the role:
The two Agile Delivery Leads based on-site in Hamilton will play a key role in enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for complex initiatives. Leading by example, this role fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused delivery while embedding Agile principles across teams. Acting as a servant-leader, the Delivery Lead removes barriers, aligns strategy with execution, and partners with stakeholders to deliver incremental value. With a focus on building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and ensuring clear reporting and insights, the Agile Delivery Lead ensures momentum, accountability, and a real business impact.

Key Requirements

• A deep understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their application.
• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role within complex organisations.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals at all levels of Agile maturity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
• Experience in digital transformation, product delivery, or large-scale change initiatives is highly regarded.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
