About the Role: 

We’re looking for a motivated and technically capable Salesforce Developer to join our client’s team—someone with a growth mindset, eager to learn, and curious about how Salesforce fits into the broader system landscape.
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and administrators to deliver scalable applications that improve business processes and enhance user experiences.

This role suits someone who combines technical expertise with a big-picture mindset—someone who doesn’t just write code but understands how systems integrate, how to build for scale, and how to troubleshoot effectively when things go wrong.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with successful project delivery
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and OMNI Studio
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and configuration (e.g., Flows)
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles (OOP, testing, version control)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
• Able to identify when to code vs. configure in Salesforce
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and integration best practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues independently
• Curious about system integrations and how Salesforce fits into broader architecture
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, big-picture approach
