An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Solvit Developer with deep expertise in AS400, RPG, and iSeries systems. Join a high-impact, fast-moving team where you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing core business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to Technical SME in AS400 & RPG—provide expert support and insight across teams and projects.
• Deliver high-level technical support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Solvit applications.
• Lead and implement system improvements to enhance stability, performance, and maintainability.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to craft end-to-end solutions.
• Design, code, and maintain mission-critical applications aligned with evolving business needs.
• Ensure robust testing with unit and integration testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Participate in architecture and solution design discussions; flag and escalate technical roadblocks.
• Bring technical insight to business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Embrace and promote Agile/SAFe methodologies in a collaborative team environment.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with RPGIV, ILE, RPG/Free, XML, and other iSeries native languages.
• Proficient in Aldon Change Management System; comfortable with HTTPS, SFTP, and web services on iSeries.
• Solid grounding in SQL and relational database management.
• Proven track record working in Agile or Lean environments; experience facilitating agile ceremonies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL and technology security standards.
• A growth mindset and the ability to nurture a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
