Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce environment and play a key role in shaping how the platform supports staff and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full Salesforce suite, drive improvements, and deliver solutions that make a real difference to business performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Configuring and customising Salesforce (objects, workflows, approvals, validation rules).
• Analysing business processes and designing practical solutions that improve efficiency.
• Managing users, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access.
• Maintaining data quality and leading data migration strategies.
• Creating reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights.
• Automating processes using Lightning Flow and Apex triggers.
• Providing training and support to drive user adoption.
• Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Administrator certification 
• 5+ years’ Salesforce Administration experience 
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and declarative tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
