Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades across 800+ devices
• Work on-site at the customer’s Tauranga CBD location
• Ensure smooth deployment with minimal disruption to end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve any upgrade-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of completed upgrades
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and quality standards

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in desktop deployment or similar IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
