About the Company & Role

Our client is seeking a talented Salesforce Functional Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to major transformation projects, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and support long-term growth.

As a Salesforce Functional Analyst you will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and support the full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation. This role suits someone with strong business analysis experience and a passion for enabling success through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Analyse business processes and recommend optimisations leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs, including data models, system behaviour, and user interfaces.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce objects, workflows, and process automation.
  • Partner with data teams on data integrity, migration, and integration activities.
  • Support UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support adoption.
  • Assist in change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging features to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar
  • Salesforce certifications such as SBA or ADM 201 are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a drive for results.
