A leading organisation is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their team and play a key role in delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that support business transformation and growth. This is an opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence the evolution of the Salesforce platform within a high-performing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.
  • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and detailed specifications.
  • Build and enhance custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Maintain and optimise existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold development best practices around code quality, performance, and security.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and automation.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II or other certifications preferred.
  • Comfortable with version control (e.g., Git) and Salesforce DevOps tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation in Salesforce environments.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum delivery.
