Senior Java Developer

Our client is seeking a versatile and hands-on Java Developer who is comfortable working across the full Java stack — from code-level changes to platform upgrades and security updates. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team that values initiative, strong problem-solving, and a solid foundation in Java.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong general Java knowledge and a willingness to tackle a range of tasks including, but not limited to: pipeline updates, JDK upgrades, security fixes, and general platform improvements.

Key Skills Required:

• Solid experience with Java
• Strong understanding of the Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Experience with Apache Tomcat
• Comfortable performing generalist Java tasks and solving complex problems

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift or AWS
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible and Terraform
