About the role:
This role supports a sector-wide initiative to align and improve business processes through the development and implementation of purpose-built software. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to analyse and refine data and process requirements that underpin consistent good practice across various business functions. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of business analysis experience across diverse projects, strong communication skills, proficiency in process mapping tools, and advanced knowledge of Visio and Excel. Effective time management, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also essential.

Skills and Requirement:
 

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong in Visio, Excel and Data.
• Excellent communication skills
• In depth knowledge of business analysis practices
• Experience as a Business Process Analyst on large projects with multiple dependencies.
