About the role & company

A leading organisation is seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their team and play a key role in delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that support business growth and transformation.

In this role, the consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support the full project lifecycle from discovery through to implementation. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the balance between technical capability and practical business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Translate functional requirements into Salesforce configurations and solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on system design and integration
• Provide input on solution architecture and best practice approaches
• Support testing, training, and change management activities
• Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce processes and features
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities and updates

About You:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other key modules
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to create clear documentation, process flows, and user stories
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly regarded
