About the Company and Role

A leading Financial organisation is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to optimise and maintain its Salesforce environment. This is a key role supporting digital transformation and enhancing the user experience for staff and customers.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver Salesforce solutions that align with strategic goals and improve customer engagement. Ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and stakeholder management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Configuration: Customise Salesforce to meet business needs, including objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse and optimise business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
  • User & Data Management: Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and maintain data integrity through imports, cleansing, and migration.
  • Automation & Reporting: Build flows, automation tools, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Training & Support: Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and vendors to design, implement, and support Salesforce solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure system changes comply with risk and governance standards while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications (required)
  • Minimum 5 years’ Salesforce Administration experience, ideally within Financial organization
  • Proven implementation experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud is advantageous

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Classic environments
  • Expertise in Salesforce data/security models and declarative development tools
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in process automation and workflow development
  • Familiar with Salesforce integration techniques
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business process modelling
  • Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
