Senior Test Analyst

About the Role

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will lead the testing of software applications, ensuring they meet high performance, reliability, and quality standards. You will design and execute test plans, implement testing frameworks, and mentor junior Test Engineers. Working closely with Business Analysts, developers, and Project Managers, you will play a key role in the tesing practice.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring applications meet business needs.
• Help with the implementation of testing frameworks for for efficiency and quality. 
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to improve testing processes. 
• Analyse, document and report test activities and results to key decision-makers. 
• Mentor and support junior Test Engineers to encourage best practice and processes.  

Skills & Experience Required 

• 10+ years of experience in manaul testing as well as some automation experience.
• Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Playwright, JUnit or TestNG. 
• Familiarity with programming languages in C#, SQL, Python, TypeScript or JavaScript. 
• Experience with API testing (SOAP, REST) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
