 About the Role: As the Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of the successful end-to-end delivery of digital products and solutions across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional squads, product owners, and senior stakeholders to keep projects aligned, on time, and delivering real value.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of multiple digital initiatives in an Agile/SAFe environment
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to prioritise work and unblock delivery
• Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, keeping projects on track
• Drive continuous improvement and embed agile best practices
• Report on delivery metrics and provide visibility across the business

About You:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Agile Project Manager in digital environments
• Strong background working in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe 6) frameworks
• FMCG or enterprise experience highly regarded
• Excellent communicator, influencer, and problem solver
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and leading delivery across distributed teams
