SAP Training Consultant

• Exciting 6 month Contract likely to extend

Join a dynamic team overseeing a major SAP S/4 HANA, SAP FSM, and SAP CPQ implementation alongside an Azure Data Factory-powered BI upgrade. As the Training Manager, you will lead the training strategy to ensure seamless user adoption across office and field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the training strategy for SAP and BI implementations.
• Create training materials and deliver sessions (classroom, online, and workshops).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and adapt plans to project changes.
• Align training with change management strategies for smooth user adoption.
• Track and report progress, addressing user feedback post-training.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in leading large-scale training, ideally in SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Systems, or Business.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with international teams and accommodate evening calls.
