Brian Bernard
Regional Manager
I joined the Absolute IT team in June 2008, having moved from Florida, USA where I spent 12 years in ICT recruitment. I began my career in New Zealand with Absolute IT in Wellington as a Team Leader, building a successful desk from scratch while managing and leading a high performing team. In 2012 my family and I moved to Tauranga where I took on the role as Regional Manager, to establish a branch in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty Region.
It’s been a pleasure working with such a passionate team who all love what they do. My passion is client engagement, and managing and overseeing a successful, hard-working and dedicated team.
I’m an early riser, so most mornings I’m at the gym before work and outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m active in the church community and spend time mentoring others. Whether domestic or international, I also enjoy getting out and seeing what New Zealand and the world has to offer!
