Business Analyst – Data Insights

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a data-centric Business Analyst, you will maintain and enhance the SSRS reporting suite, work with the ERP for real-time data insights, and be the key steward of the data warehouse. You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and key decision-makers to optimise business processes using data-driven solutions.

DUTIES

• Maintain and enhance the SSRS reporting suite
• Present data insights through reports and dashboards like Power BI
• Collaborate with the key business stakeholders to improve procurement and distribution decisions
• Extract and analyse data for real-time decision-making
• Work with ERP and SQL vendors to ensure system performance

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Excellent Business Analysis, and Problem Solving skills
• Strong technical expertise across Microsoft platforms
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferably Infor M3)
• Experience with Microsoft Suite SQL server – SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI and associated frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented and structured in work approach
• Proven ability to use data coupled with your strong commercial acumen to drive business decisions
• Experience in manufacturing, retail or industrial industries is advantageous
